Licensed as a Realtor in Missouri in 2006, Sheila comes from California with her own brand of experience. She and her husband, Dave, have been involved in the housing industry for the past 10 years; buying and selling their own homes. Sheila has been on both sides of the contract: the one fixing up, staging and selling the house , as well as, the one out there looking and searching for "just the right" next property.
Since coming to the Lake, Sheila and her husband have purchased and extensively remodeled 3 homes on the water: a 4,000 sq. ft., a 5,000 sq. ft.
and a smaller 1,000 sq. ft. home. In addition, in the last 2 years, Sheila has studied comps and driven 100's of miles on both sides of the lake previewing available inventory of condos, small and large 2nd tier homes, large and small water front homes, as well as, lots, farms and other properties outside city limits.
As a wife, mother of 3 adult children and a grandmother, Sheila loves people and loves helping people. Sheila is a member of Bagnell Dam of Association of Realtors and looks forward to helping with your real estate needs
